My little brother’s birthday was this past Monday, and my mom and I spent a good part of the weekend cooking and baking for his big day!

We made two giant potato caseroles, salad with amazing bleu cheese dressing, and for dessert we mare lemon bars (with freshly squeezed lemons), and pumpkin pie from my close to rotting pumpkin, with homemade (well, everything was homemade) whipped cream!
