Nobody is perfect.

That is very true. But who’s standards of perfect are you going on?

  • There is the world’s definition of perfect in which you must indeed be perfect. Flawless. Your style of clothes, hair, the brand of every product you buy, the way you act and the people in which you keep company with all must be according to what’s the “in” thing, how is every one else doing it.
  • God’s definition of perfect would only be keeping his commandments and obeying Him. Living for Him.

There are many more and it may seem overwhelming at times trying to be perfect. You must run your life under a certain standard of perfect before you can achieve “perfection”.

Just think of it this way: The world’s way only means you must live your life in constant stress trying to stay perfect in the eyes of your  “friends” and even total strangers. This you will never achieve to utter perfection because the world is always changing. Something that is considered cool today will be ridiculed tomorrow.

The best and only way is down God’s lane. Listen up. Here’s why. Because God doesn’t expect you to be perfect. Because no one is perfect nor ever can be. God only asks that you love Him and do His will.                                                                                                            God doesn’t care if your current wardrobe is on this years fashion models or if your friends are cool or not. He only wishes the best for you and wants your complete and total love.

With that said,

                                          Nobody is perfect.

And we sure know it’s true.😉

Ghost in the Graveyard…?

Every so often, my grandfather will take a few of us kids to Pennsylvania to plant flowers around graves of our relatives.
One year, my younger sister Grace and I decided to go with him on his upcoming trip. Our brother had told us that there was a tomb at the cemetery, and we wanted to see it.
So, we went with our grandfather and planted flowers around the graves. After we were done, we told our grandfather of how we wanted to see the tomb. He pointed to the top of a hill where we could see part of the tomb He told us he would drive around to the other side, and we could meet him there after we saw it.
Grace and I were very excited as we trudged up the hill with our camera and flashlight
When we finally reached the tomb, we were rather scared. Five cement steps led down to the tomb door.
Slowly, we descended them, and I began a video on my camera.
Cautiously, we walked to the metal door and looked in.
At the left there was a shelf… a coffin laid on that shelf.
That alone freaked us out.
All of a sudden, we heard a rustling sound within the tomb!
I exclaimed, “Grace? What was that?!”
Without a word, she took off up the steps, screaming as loudly as she could!
This startled me, because I wasn’t expecting her to do so. I took off running after her and we both ran down the hill and jumped into our grandfather’s car.
We never knew what that noise was.
I convinced Grace that it was a rodent of some sort, but sometimes I wonder…
How did it get in a sealed tomb with only a small broken window?
The sound we heard was made by something large…
Something too large to fit through a broken window…
Was it a rodent at all?

I know that there are a lot of girls out there who may be depressed about being still single. I found this quote and thought it was very neat. I also felt compelled to post it. Hope it helps someone out there.

So I’ve tried tons of acne solutions, store bought and home made.

I’ve tried most of these home remedies just so I could make this post and tell you, from experience, how it worked out. So if any of you want to try them, here’s how they worked for me.

                                    Home Remedies

  1. Honey-Cinnamon mask: I didn’t stay with this one for long because I didn’t like the feel of it. It was very sticky(as you probably guessed😉) and after you wore it for a while it kinda started to burn a bit(probably from the cinnamon content). But this is how it goes. Mix 2 Tbsp. of honey with 1 Tbsp. of cinnamon. I had to add more honey to make it a paste, so just add however much you need to to make a mask texture. I left it on for 15 min. but you can leave it on for less or more. It’s up to you.
  2. Aspirin mask: I just tried this once and it seemed to work really well and fast. Crush as many aspirin tablets as you want (or just enough to make a mask) and add a couple drops of water to the crushed aspirin. Not too much or it will be too watery. If you have a lot, spread it over your entire face or just do spot treatment. I left it on for maybe over 15 min. This is also a good treatment to leave on over night. It dries in a matter of minutes and you don’t have to worry about getting it on your bedding like the honey mask.

Biore products are rather expensive and these two that I’ve used have made my face all red after their use.

Be careful how long you leave Biore on. It can be harsh on sensitive skin.

I’ve used this for a couple months. At times I thought it was working and other times I wasn’t sure. Equate Beauty products are cheaper than St. Ives and they probably work just as well.

This stuff is amazing. It leaves your face feeling so fresh and clean. I didn’t use it for long but I haven’t given up on it yet.

I just bought this stuff at Wal-Mart. It’s relatively cheap and I’ve been using it every morning. It seems to be working. The bottle says not to leave it on too long and I did once and it made my face all red. Be careful  if you’ve got sensitive skin.

What girl DOESN’T  like clothes?

                  None!! 🤗

What girl DOESN’T like to go shopping for clothes?

                   None!!🤗🤗

Anywhere I go and I see clothes, I go crazy! 😍And I’m not particularly a girly-girl. I love the outdoors and often have mud splattered on my blue jeans. But I’m a girl. I’ve got that girl instinct to love clothes. If you dumped me in a jungle with only one outfit i would probably go crazy. Something i love a little more than clothes is shopping for clothes. 😉

So in this post I’m gonna give some tips for shopping.

  1. If you know you are going shopping that day then wear a shirt that buttons up the front. That way when trying shirts on, you don’t have to worry about messing up your hair updo.
  2. Wear slip in shoes instead of boots or boots that zip up the side and are easy to put on and take off.
  3. When it comes to purses  and shopping , the best kind is a big purse with handles. I just think that’s the best kind because 1.) it won’t get lost in piles of closes like a small wallet would and 2.) you can hang it on a peg in the dressing room.  Or if you prefer, put a lanyard on your wallet so you can at least hang it up and keep an eye on it. Nothing would ruin your shopping spree more than to lose your money.
  4. I have one rule when shopping: Fall in love with the price before the item. It is unwise to spend an outrageous price on a shirt just because you loved it so much. So I avoid new clothes that just came in and I go straight for the clearance rack. If I see a cute article of clothing, I look at the price first before looking at it more or trying it on. You feel much better at the end of the day knowing you didn’t buy the full priced items.

So those are my shopping tips. I hope they helped y’all. ~Anne

Finding the right job career for yourself takes a lot of time and research.

My 3 older sisters all have careers in medical stuff.

My oldest sister, Jenni is a firefighter, paramedic, and EMT.

My 2nd oldest sister, Kimmi is a LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse).

My 3rd oldest sister, Molli hasn’t really determined what career she wants yet, but currently she is a STNA (State Tested Nurse Aide) and a Tae Kwon Do assistant instructor.

When I was younger, I was thoroughly impressed with a cop show called Walker Texas Ranger starring Chuck Norris (not the best show for kids). After watching it, i was determined to get my black belt, go into law enforcement and beat the bad guys butts. As I see now, that wasn’t totally realistic. Law Enforcement is very dangerous and it isn’t all about beating people up. I did some researching and decided that it wasn’t for me. All of my sisters are urging me into a nursing career but that’s not what i want to do.

So i’m making a list of things that i’m thinking about. Here they are.

  • Social worker (I’m not really sure about this one, but it’s a possibility.)
  • Barber?
  • Fashion Designer
  • Hairdresser ( My cousin’s wife is my hair dresser and she is really awesome. She has inspired me since i was 9. She is such a sweet and God fearing lady. That is why i’m thinking seriously about this one.)
  • Interior Designer
  • Makeup Artist?
  • Cosmetologist
  • Nail Technician

I also considered being a Computer Technician like my dad but I don’t think i would be very good at it. He is the best Computer Technician. He has fixed my computer, my Grandpa’s computer, my sister’s computer and his computers  all my life. And his talent doesn’t just stop on computers. He works on ipads, iphones, MP3 players and just about every kind of technical device. If it wasn’t for him, the college that he works at wouldn’t be able to exist without his expertise knowledge. It is a hard job but he’s good at it. Still, it isn’t something i could do very well.

Anyway, i hope my list of career choices was helpful. Tell me if you have any suggestions to add to my list.
